I have worked for my grandfather since the age of 13. It wasn't untill my high-school years that I actually began to work professionally. I soaked up the most knowledge during my grandfather's last three years at work. We were at the point where he wouldn't have to tell me what to do I was able to go into the shop and start working. During my years building accordions, three apperentices have studied under me. I have accordions in Canada, France, Austraila, and numerous states in the U.S.
