Welcome to Bon Cajun Accordions. Our accordion factory is operated in Iota, Louisiana, right in the heart of Cajun country.

The Bon Cajun brand was established by Larry Miller. The accordions are now being built by his grandson Jay Miller. Jay has worked for his grandfather since the age of 14. After Larry retired in December of 2006, Jay began building the same accordions his grandfather was building.

All Bon Cajun Accordions use #1 professional hand made bellows, and reeds (Binci) from Italy. The 10 button cajun accordion is diotonic. The exterior wood is what determines the price of each accordion. Also the exterior wood does not affect the sound of the accordion.Which is the reason all internal parts are hand made from maple.
